Sora is gone. Your films don't have to be.
OpenAI shut Sora down in 2026: the app closed in April and the API in September, with no replacement named. If you made video with Sora, you need a new home for it. Vupie is not tied to one model: it uses Seedance, Veo and Kling today and can switch when a better one ships, so a shutdown never takes your work with it.
- Not tied to one model: Seedance, Veo and Kling today, the next best tomorrow
- A whole film: script, narration, motion graphics and captions
- Your projects, versions and renders stay yours, whatever happens to a model
- Every number checked against its source, for films that have to be right
Life after Sora.
In Vupie, each scene goes to the model that suits it: Veo for people who speak, Seedance for hero shots, Kling for landscapes and products. If one of them goes away, the scene moves to another, and the rest of the film stays exactly as it was.
Side by side.
What each one does for someone who needs a finished film. Sora's side is from its public information, checked 24 October 2026.
